The Shopify Harvester, including all source code, architecture, and intellectual property, is owned by V&CO. The production feed portal is provided as a managed service. Access to the portal and its data is included as part of your active service subscription and does not constitute a purchase of the underlying software.
V&CO operates the Harvester on your behalf and maintains the production feed delivered through this portal. V&CO is responsible for system operations, data accuracy, and incorporating updates as needed for the duration of the service agreement.
Either party may discontinue the service with 30 days written notice. Upon discontinuation, portal access will be deactivated. No source code, system components, or raw database exports are included as part of this agreement.
Service fees may be adjusted with 30 days notice to reflect changes in scope, volume, or operational requirements.
